Dear All, I would like first to thank you for all your support and help, Second I am excited to share the great news that Cristal has received. I know there is more to come along the way but this is great news. Her Tuition exchange still pending. May god bless you for all you did and do to help parents and children like my family who are in need!

Thank you for your email. ‘Husbands name’ and I have talked things over; and also talked with ‘our daughter’. We have decided that we want to work with you.
Gary and I think that you are very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable in your area of college counseling. Therefore, we believe you will do everything possible to help ‘daughters name’ be accepted to a good college or university. Of course, ‘daughter’ will do her part in getting the best possible SAT score and GPA to have a good chance of being accepted to one of the colleges/universities of her choice.
Above all, when we met with you, we observed the great “connection” that ‘daughter’ made with you and you made with her. You are also a great “fit” for ‘daughter’ because of the services you offer and the good location of your counseling service. We liked everything! Congratulations!
Please let us know what is the next step.
Thank you, Kelly. Stay well and I will wait to hear from you
Esther – new parent, Simi Valley
You too can have your name on our website and share your excitement about your college planning results!
“Last week I was faced with a rather urgent problem regarding my daughters admission to Cal State San Marcos. Her admission was rescinded due to an error I made while enrolling her. Anyway, Kelly was so quick to see the urgency of the situation and she was also very clear as to how she was going to get it resolved quickly. She did wonders when it came to getting this situation handled! She managed to keep me calm and reassure me that everything would be OK. She is a true gem!!! I don’t know what I would have done without her help!!! Thank you for everything you and she did to help me with this!”

“NCPS has been one of the best investments that we have made. Several years ago as our son was a Freshman in high school, we knew that preparing for college would come with a good deal of planning, navigating and decision making. Cindy and her amazing team has helped keep things running smoothly. They laid out much of what needed to be done through each year. The guidance of NCPS has helped us relax (a little) and enjoy the ride. Our son has worked very hard to get into a great college, and NCPS has helped to fulfill his dream.
Can you please also relay to Cindy that we would like to talk with her about utilizing her for our daughter who is currently a Sophomore. Perhaps she can give me a call when things are concluding with her Seniors.
Thank you so much for all your support Cindy, and your kind wishes! It is such a relief to have you and your team by our side to help Gabrielle.
We will join the call on Wednesday.
“Thanks for everything and above all, thanks for believing in me”

“As usual I was pleased with what was presented to me during the workshop. I was able to generate a list of questions to send to Hannah’s admissions officer based on several of the points made at the workshop. I am always glad to know that I have a great team to reach out to as we tackle the college process. There were several points that I think were extremely important for students and parents to understand. There were some great questions and the power point presentation and handouts were professional.”

“Thank you for an excellent, informative college bound workshop. There was so much important information.”

“…Every penny I spent/spend with Cindy and NCPS has given me great peace of mind and security that I’m being guided with compassionate expertise in one of the biggest decisions I’ll ever make for my daughter’s future: her college education. My expectations have been exceeded and as long as she did her part, I was confident your team would do yours. The result; she got accepted to all 9 universities she applied to and is attending the one of her dreams: Cal Poly SLO! Results are incontrovertible!”
Steven – Camarillo, Parent
“Working with NCPS was definitely money well spent, navigating all the details of the college application process takes a lot of time and study, using NCPS, significantly cut down on both those elements of the process. Rachel felt like she would not have been accepted to the range of colleges or have known everything that was needed without NCPS’s help. NCPS helped her manage her time and stay on top of deadlines in an efficient manner. It was a pleasure working with everyone at NCPS, they could not have been more friendly or helpful! We would recommend NCPS to anyone about to embark on the college process.”
Thank you again for all your help!
Cindy – Malibu, Parent
“It appears that USC raised Elan’s financial aid by about $8K. Thank you so much for your persistence and help. You have been a god send.”

“…Additionally, I want to let you know how much I am enjoying college. I can’t imagine myself anywhere else other than University of Rochester. I am doing well academically and am having a lot of fun being on the cross country and track teams. And I got here because of your excellent guidance, so thank you.
I hope you are also doing well.”

“I had a good time at the workshop. I found it informational and it got me really excited to start working on applications and workshops. I felt comfortable as well and I didn’t feel intimidated at all.
Thank you for giving me these opportunities!”

“This was a great investment. Our son was accepted by some of the best engineering schools in the country with financial aid packages that made it all feasible. We could not have done it without Cindy and Kelly.”

“I still remember that first day I came into your office and had a little bit of a melt down with all the stress of college on my shoulders. But then we teamed up with you and you helped lift a lot of the weight, especially in this time with my family going through a lot. So thank you for being my Hero and pushing me through it. If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be headed where I am going, so you actually changed my future.”
Emma – Reseda, HS Graduate

Thanks again.”

“I thank you, your husband, and your team for everything you have helped me with. It will forever be unfathomable as to how thankful I am for all of you. The kindness of your hearts will be remembered, my gratitude is unable to be expressed through words, and my success in college will show that your help is not to go in vain. For all of the help I received, I feel eternally grateful. My future has become clearer due to your help. All I am to think of now is my future and my dreams, a fresh start, and an attainable prize which would be my Bachelors Degree and further on. Your kindness has affected me in every positive way. I hope the future brings you great things, you all truly deserve it.”

“Lexi is absolutely loving Chapman! Even though it has only been a couple of weeks since classes began, so far she is really enjoying them all! She has met friends that she connects to, and is feeling at home in her new environment. She truly could not be happier!
Cindy, I am sending you this email because I am hoping that you will feel a part of this joy, for you were a big part of her journey to Chapman! I have thought of you often these past couple of weeks, and want you to know that we so appreciate all the help and support that you gave us this past year. Thank you! We couldn’t have done it without you and your wonderful team!”

“I want to let you know that I really realized more the value of your service this last week. When speaking with past principals and other school staff, they were shocked that Taylor was going to attend USD. They remarked that it is a very good school but so expensive. I realized that without your guidance and help we probably would have never pursued USD. This is what had happened with me when graduating high school. No one showed me that it could be done and how. Taylor was fortunate to have guidance and now he is going to attend a great university with great financial aid.”
Veronica – San Luis Obispo, Parent
“Jaime and I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping our nieces in one of important times in their life. We know that you didn’t have to offer your services, so the fact that you did just shows what wonderful and kind people you are. We really appreciate the time and effort you put in to help us all out.”
Glory – Camarillo, Foster Parent

“Thank you for pushing me to reach my goal! I am so glad you helped me with essays, deadlines, and made sure I got stuff done. I couldn’t have done it without you. I’m very excited and happy to be attending Cal State Stanislaus in the fall. Couldn’t have done it without your help.”
Moani – Winnetka, HS Graduate
“I would be dead without Kelly and Cindy.
Kelly saved Anna’s hide by helping her with her acceptance into UCSB.
We could never have navigated that without her expert help.
She spent over 2 hours with us on the phone/computer getting Anna straightened out.
With college applications being so complicated now vs years ago when I did it, I could never have helped my kids without you.
Thank you again for your expertise, wisdom, experience, patience, tolerance, and caring for these kids.”
Stacie – Paso Robles, Parent
“Thank you so much for helping me through all the applications. I really feel like I made the right choice for me. I love all of my professors and I am learning so much. I also love the other students up there. I have a really great group of friends who are really motivated and inspiring. I am on my winter break right now, but honestly, I can’t wait to be back at [school] (don’t tell my mom that though!). Everything outside of school is fantastic as well. I am in a really good place in my life.“
Sian – San Luis Obispo, HS Graduate
“Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my family. You have saved us so much time and amounts of stress, keeping us to date with deadlines and perfecting our personal statements. All of you are truly amazing people. I sincerely appreciate you taking your own time and effort into helping my sister and I. The fact that you were willing to help us, warms my heart. You will all be part of my success when I go far in life and I will never forget about you and your kindness.”
Jasmine – Camarillo, HS Graduate
“National College Planning Solutions, what can I say? I am an admitted skeptic. I can remember asking the question in our initial free introductory meeting, “Can you guarantee we will save the cost of your services through the college financial offers we will receive by using your services?”
Honestly, I can’t remember the answer, but I do remember there were no guarantees made.
Wait, don’t stop reading yet! There is a whole lot more to this testimonial.
I also asked something like, “Do you know the average savings generated as a result of purchasing your services vs. not using your services?” Once again, I don’t remember the response, only the feeling I was having…skepticism. I wanted to know, the money would be well spent. The hardest part was not being able to know this until the college financial offers started coming in.
Today, I can tell you several things, based upon my actual experiences of working with the NCPS team:
They are knowledgeable.
They are patient.
They communicate well.
They were respectful and mindful of our family’s circumstances.
Their technical support is invaluable.
They walked our son and us through mind boggling paperwork and forms and many of the things the average family would not know until it was too late.
They are great at assisting parents with that high school student who is way too casual about something way too important to be too casual about.
Finally, I can say without a doubt, the financial packages our son received reflected a minimum of three times and a maximum of five times what we paid for NCPS’ services.
Now, that is worth it in my book and it doesn’t even include being supported through the stressors of time deadlines and legal documents!
For those of you who are the skeptic I am, allow me share how I quantified all of what I have stated.
My family is a blended family. This year we have two children heading off to very different universities. Both hold above 4.0 GPAs and both have done a considerable amount of Advanced Placement work while in high school. Blended families come with many challenges and rewards and usually way too many parents making decisions for their children (and not always in agreement with each others’ decisions).
We chose to use NCPS for our son, the more difficult of the two to corral for purposes of deadlines. Our daughter worked directly with her other parent, including being claimed on a separate FAFSA.
The end result: Our son applied for 7 universities all with good programs in his area of study. He was accepted at all 7. He was even accepted at his reach school, NYU. All of the packages he received were decent. Because of the financial packages he received, NCPS was able to assist us with an appeal outlining issues that are not usually addressed in the mounds of required paperwork. As a result, our son received another $7900 in grants and CA/federal loans and was able to attend his number one choice school.
Having observed the things that were misunderstood, or overlooked, during our daughter’s application processes, we assisted with a lot of last minute scrambling to make adjustments. Most of these things would have gone unnoticed had we not been working with NCPS regarding our son. We would have lost out on multiple opportunities for financial assistance for her, had we not learned from the process NCPS walked us through with our son.
NCPS, I can’t say it enough. You made me a believer in the value of your services. I thank you, our son thanks you and our family thanks your entire team!
