I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor and have worked with clients of all ages, including teenagers and young people.
I have extensive experience working with couples and helping them deal with any difficulties they may face.
I am an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, who draws from a range of counselling techniques and traditions in order to ensure that my clients benefit from an approach that is designed to meet their individual needs.
I believe in offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place and work closely with each individual to support them in identifying areas of their lives that they would like to change. Together we would work at the clients pace.
