I am a counsellor with over 18 years experience working with adults and young people within the UK and Ireland.
My initial counselling training was in Person-Centred counselling but since then my practice has developed and deepened into a more integrated and holistic approach. I have held positions as a senior counsellor within a variety of settings. I also have a private practice. As a practitioner, I hold a deep belief that we all have an innate ability and drive towards health, healing and wholeness. I have a particular interest in supporting and guiding clients to finding that place of wholeness within themselves using a body based understanding(Somatic Experiencing) and Parts Approach (Internal Family Systems) and depth practice.
