I have over 20 years experience providing therapeutic support to children, young people, adults and families under the NHS and in my own private practice.

As a Senior Accredited Counsellor, I have undergone extensive training, receiving supervision and consultation from a number of experts in the field. This, and the direct experience of working with children, young people and adults has enabled me to build a very deep understanding of how to nurture and maintain a healthy mind.
