I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor practicing in Cardiff. I studied and retrained for my qualification during my 12 year career as a musician in the British Army. I am now a mum of two and music is my therapy.
I’m about supporting and empowering people to work through their problems to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.
I’m also an advocate of looking after your mental health and well-being, I believe it’s as equally as important as your physical health.
