Many of my clients feel that I am easy to talk to and display empathy and a none-judgemental relationship in the counselling room. I have worked for many years in Northern Ireland as a journalist and broadcaster before becoming a counsellor and communicating with people is at the heart of everything I do.

I am a great believer in positive thought and the ability to achieve for all of us and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and life stages to achieve their full potential.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I hold an Ulster University BSc degree with Honours in Professional Development in Counselling. I also hold a level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Supervision awarded by the University of Derby.
