As a seasoned NCPS Accredited Counsellor and founder of The Mind Bank, I have dedicated many years to helping women navigate midlife transitions, offering compassionate support during significant life changes such as menopause, relationship shifts, empty nest syndrome, and career transformations. My passion is guiding women through these often-challenging phases with empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to their well-being.
I blend cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and breathwork techniques to create a tailored approach that nurtures emotional resilience and personal growth. My clients benefit from a holistic strategy that not only addresses their immediate concerns but also empowers them to cultivate lasting inner strength and clarity. In our sessions, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, where women are free to explore their identities, reconnect with their passions, and build the confidence to embrace the next chapter of their lives.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, especially during times of transition. Whether you're experiencing a personal crisis, seeking emotional clarity, or looking to rediscover your purpose, I am committed to helping you navigate these changes with grace and resilience. Together, we will work to unlock your potential and pave the way for a more vibrant and fulfilling future.
