I am pluralistically trained so I'll work collaboratively with you to blend a bespoke approach for you. We can explore the issues that are affecting your well being, and work together to make the changes that you want and need.
I have experience working as a trauma based therapist with a Charity which supports people affected by any crime (Domestic Abuse, Sexual assaults/Rape, PTSD and complex PTSD, loss and bereavement), and with anxiety, irrational thoughts, low self-worth and confidence, for example.
I provide face to face counselling on a one to one basis, and also online and telephone counselling in the UK.
Before I became a counsellor, I worked within National Charities supporting victims of crime and their families/friends and also those attending criminal courts as witnesses. I have also worked as a professional leather restorer and upholsterer of furniture and vintage and classic cars.
