For 20+ years I have worked exclusively in the supportive professions providing mental health and drug and alcohol support within the NHS, voluntary organisations and charities. I have experience facilitating a women’s group and as a counsellor at a Women’s Centre.
Amongst other issues I have experience in supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse; survivors of domestic abuse; those who have experienced relationship breakdown; low self esteem; depression; anxiety; and those who have experienced sexism and racism; as well as other adverse life events.
