Welcome. I appreciate how many profiles there are out there, so thank you for taking the time to read mine.
As a qualified and registered counsellor, I see clients with a wide range of presenting issues. I specialise in working with anxiety, panic disorder, depression and low self-esteem or self-worth.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I will tailor each session to suit you and your individual needs. Some clients come to me knowing what it is they want to discuss – many are not yet sure of the root cause – they come with symptoms that are affecting their lives and relationships and the feeling or knowledge that something has to change.

I place high importance on human connection and the therapeutic relationship.
My style is relational which means I see counselling as a collaboration between us. Your sessions are about you, and you are the expert. I am keen to get to know you and understand things from your perspective. I won’t advise or tell you what to do. I will use my experience and training to create an environment of trust, safety and acceptance. I will gently guide and support as we explore your thoughts and feelings together, challenging and discovering solutions or new perspectives.

I am relaxed and intuitive and throughout our work will remain focused on you and your needs. I work with the past, present and future and will support you as we move at your pace, to a place of increased self-awareness, acceptance and connection.

Whatever it is you need to bring to our counselling sessions, I will meet you with compassion, care and no judgement whatsoever.
We can lean-in and work together – gently empowering you to navigate your way from where you currently are, to where you would like to be.
