I work Online, by telephone and face to face in the UK on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Gestalt Therapists believe that we are all born with potential but that life experiences can get in the way. I work holistically to look at how issues affect us in various parts of life. Through understanding more about ourselves, our experiences and our choices, we can create change and build our resilience to manage the events in our lives. Change may sometimes feel difficult but can also be very rewarding.

Through working on the issues you face and understanding about patterns or past histories, we can explore how you can best support yourself to live the life you choose. Building self-confidence, valuing ourselves and considering our choices supports our resilience to manage whatever happens in our lives and reach our potential.
