I have more than 20 years of working experience within the Mental Health sector. I provide individual counselling to people struggling with mental health issues, emotional dysregulation, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, dependency problems and trauma. I have extensive experience in counselling NHS staff, carers, and university students. Alongside my private practice, I work collaboratively with EAP organisations and Universities.
Within my professional practice I demonstrate sensitivity to individual differences when working with clients of diverse ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation and cultural background, treating all people with unconditional positive regards and respect.
