When I’ve experienced difficult times in my own life, there have always been lots of people willing to give me advice and tell me what they think I should do. But what’s really helped has been someone who has patiently listened to me and tried to understand how I am really feeling inside. That’s what I will attempt to be for you, if you want me to.

I don’t have the solution to your problems or techniques to help you manage your feelings. What I do know is that the answer which you need is already inside you and, if you give yourself some time and some space with a patient and understanding companion, you will find it.

I am a spiritual person who believes in a world both before and beyond this one and the inter connection of all living things. I also have special interests in Reiki and clairvoyance.
