I’m Angeline and integrative counsellor based in Sheffield Life Is unpredictable and does not always go the way that we expect it to, sometimes we find ourselves in a place of feeling completely overwhelmed and lost. A place we don’t understand and don’t know how we can move forward. I aim to help you navigate a way through your difficulties and discover a new path forward.
I offer a safe and supportive space to my clients where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions without fear of judgement. My non-judgemental approach combined with empathy, compassion and sensitivity can create a sense of trust and understanding which is essential for personal growth.
Counselling is not always easy but the fact that you are here reading this shows you are ready to face your challenges head on and make some positive changes in your life. It takes a lot of courage and self-awareness to recognise that you need help and take the first step towards seeking help
For the last few years, I have had firsthand experience in workplace counselling which is a valuable resource for individuals to manage their stress and overall wellbeing. Mental health has a significant impact on an individual’s ability to perform at work and in life. It affects focus, engagement, productivity, motivation and personal issues. I worked with individuals to develop coping strategies to help manage stress and improve their overall mental health.
