My own life experience was transformed and enriched when I came across this approach that has a philosophical basis. Through our work together and your tasks between sessions you can reconnect with what is important to you and find your direction.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I received a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2012. Further training gave me first a diploma and then an advanced diploma in CBT/REBT.
  
  Upon continuing my professional and personal development I gained advanced diplomas in Integrative Therapies that support psychodynamic, hypnotherapy, and other technical interventions to work more personally and covering specific areas of your experience.
