Hi, my name is Tola and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means that I am able to work with you on a range of issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement and loss, self-harm, motivation, relaxation, to name just a few.

The aim will be for us to work together to identify what you would like to explore in sessions during our initial consultation and we will then come up with a plan, whether this is short-term or long-term therapy. This will be done using a variety of approaches depending on what suits you, such as the Person-Centred, CBT or Psychodynamic approach (I can explain what these are at the initial consultation). We can also incorporate the use of art, music and relaxation techniques to help you as you journey through the therapeutic process.

I am experience in working with adults on a variety of issues both online and in person. I have over 11 years of experience working therapeutically with children and young people.

I can facilitate group work with children/young people on friendships, transition to secondary school, self-esteem/confidence building, behaviour management, bereavement, to name a few.

I offer a free initial 20 minutes initial consultation online where you can ask questions and I can also provide you with more information on my services.

Whether you are an organisation looking for a counselling provision for your staff or an individual looking to start counselling for yourself, take that first steps today.
I look forward to speaking to you soon.
