Warm welcome
Hello, I'm Pip, an NCS registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and rewind therapist in Norfolk, who brings about change to people’s lives.
You may be feeling that you need to talk through something that has left you feeling a range of emotions that you are finding difficult to understand leaving you confused. You may be feeling a loss that has left you feeling alone and unsure of how to be or move forward; helpless and hopeless from something out of your control; or it could be a trauma that has left you feeling overwhelmed, confused, numb, detached, panicky, shocked, and struggling with day-to-day life. Sometimes you may not be able to pinpoint a specific issue or the words that you feel, and you may not see it as a trauma. This isn’t unusual. When feelings from the trauma or loss are not resolved, they may bring about feelings of anxiety, fear, panic, or terror.
If some of these sounds familiar, then you may need help of counselling to move forward. When your experiences are not understood or processed properly, they can leave you thinking differently, feeling differently and cause you to act differently, you may lose your way and not know who you are anymore.
Does this sound familiar? If so, I can help.
I offer a free 20-30 minutes initial consultation which gives us a chance to talk about how we will work together and any other questions that you may have. There is no obligation to continue with counselling after this, if I feel that I cannot help I will give you contacts of other counsellors that may be more suited to your needs.
I have 23 years’ experience of working with children & young people and understand their barriers to learning which affect their development. I work creatively with all ages, which helps when people just can't find the words they need or may not want to say.
For face to face appointments I am based in Acle; Milestone Therapy Centre in Stalham, Norfolk, and in Great Yarmouth.
