I can help people reduce anxiety, stress and depression. I will help to build your self-esteem and confidence and you work towards a life where you are in control of your emotions.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I can draw on different methods to suit your needs.
I work with young people and adults online.
I am also a Life-Coach and Nature Therapist. I regularly run 'Mindfulness in the Woods' workshops and can also see my clients in a woodland setting. I also run 'Reconnect with Nature' days for health and wellbeing and a weekends course on 'Mindfulness & Bushcraft'. I believe that nature connection is a powerful tool that can help us with a life of ease rather than struggle.
As a Life-Coach I have helped people to gain enough confidence to start their own business, change career and begin exciting new chapters in their lives.
