Hello. I’m Ben a qualified and registered counsellor and I am passionate about making a difference. I work with people experiencing general anxiety and depression; life struggles at work or home and those dealing with loss, grief and bereavement.
I’ll be with you to explore whatever your concern or trouble is. I won’t give you advice and I’m not going to tell you what to do – we will work together to explore different perspectives and help you find a solution.
My practice is based in the West Midlands at the heart of the UK and I offer online counselling sessions to private clients on Thursday evenings. I’m also part of the counselling team at the amazing Myton Hospice where I provide bereavement support.
