I am a qualified psychotherapist and an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I offer a safe/secure space to talk. My counselling style is integrative, focusing on person -centred and cognitive Behavioural/Rational Emotive and Behavioural approaches and other approaches. I counsel adults and young people referred by organisations and family and child support agencies. I cover a range of issues including- childhood abuse survivors, relationship issues, depression anxiety, bereavement, substance abuse, low-self esteem and related matters. I provide counselling to those experiencing matrimonial difficulties, domestic violence, separation and divorce. I provide a counselling service as a volunteer in my local community and counsel people from diverse backgrounds with/without complex needs.
I offer face-to-face, phone and video linked sessions. My charges are £35 per 60 minute session. Young people and students have discounted fees.
As I am a trainee counselling supervisor currently, I offer supervision to trainee counsellors
for free whilst I am training.
