Hello, my name is Michaela, I'm a qualified accredited counsellor, Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist. I practice on the Norfolk, Suffolk border
I'm dedicated to providing care, counselling and physiotherapy tailored to meet the needs of my clients, I offer a compassionate relaxed friendly approach focussed on the well-being of my clients, offering a range of specialised counselling services to help my clients thrive.
I have 25 years of experience working with behaviours and counselling with children and young people and family work, recently nominated for the Norfolk County Council Family Hubs Flourish awards for work with Children and Young People 2024.
Six years experience working with survivors of physical and sexual abuse.
Six experience working with trauma, bereavement and end-of-life clients.
I also work with clients with gender, sexuality, cultural and identity issues,
I am also able to offer couples counselling and conflict resolution mediation.
I practice a variety of evidence-based approaches with a person-centred foundation:
