That's why I'm here to listen with care and support you through your healing journey, at your own pace.
What do I offer?
I offer weekly telephone and online counselling sessions so you can process your feelings from the comfort of your own home. We can begin sessions as soon as you are ready.
Whether you're grieving and need a good cry, feeling lost in life or struggling to manage your mental health on top of life's responsibilities, we can work through it together. You don't have to go through everything alone, asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of growth!
