I am an accredited therapist offering individual and couples therapy in Felixstowe, and online via video-call, or by phone.
My approach is person-centred, which means that I will attune to and respect your experience, and your process, and will hold space for you and follow you as you work through things at your own pace.
My aim is to connect with you where you are, with empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I have a wide range of experience, both professional and personal, and will offer you a therapeutic relationship that facilitates your personal healing and growth, as defined by you.
I have experience of working with a broad range of challenges and difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and feelings, loss and grief, abuse and trauma (including domestic abuse and childhood abuse), loneliness, stress, and many more.
It is natural to want to reach out and talk to someone at difficult times. Therapy can also be useful during the good times, and I also work with people who are pursuing personal or spiritual growth.
If you would like more information about me, about therapy, or about how I work, you are very welcome to get in touch with me via the email link above, or click on the above link to my website. I aim to respond within 24 hours.
