I believe that every individual has the potential to live a life in which they can better cope with all that life throws at them. I work with Anxiety, stress, grief, sexual intimacy , couples therapy, low mood and lack of confidence, any one of which can severely affect our lives causing turmoil and distress.
I offer a range of services including one- one life coaching sessions, group coaching, individual/couples therapy and Clinical Supervision. I generally work online and offer a 15 minute free introduction session. I have over 25 years of experience in the fields of mental health and emotional wellbeing I combine evidence based practices with a client centred focus. I am BUPA registered
