With over 10 ten years experience working as a Person Centred counsellor and hypnotherapist, I offer a calm, empathic, non-judgemental environment in which to help clients address those issues which are difficult. My area of expertise is in working with the impact and trauma of sexual abuse, whether historical or recent. My approach is non-directive, in that I don't presume to know what is best for you, but acknowledge that you are the expert on yourself. From this perspective, my aim is to be alongside you in your exploration of difficulties, in order to discover the best version of yourself and to move from 'stuckness' to a more fluid or free experience of your life.
