A diagnosis of CFS and Fibromyalgia in 2012 turned my life around and I trained to become a counsellor/psychotherapist. It inspired me to do a deep dive into how childhood trauma has an impact throughout our lives as do many stressors along the way. In 2023 I had a diagnosis of Breast Cancer, again this inspired me to reassess who I was and what I wanted from life. Having this lived and learnt experience has enabled me to work with people who have chronic pain conditions of an unknown origin and to understand what has contributed to their symptoms. I love learning, have a sense of adventure, and know the importance for me of having purpose and recognise how my own personal practice of Yoga Nidra has helped me to have mental clarity and get enjoyment out of life. Something that we all aspire to. My life has changed exponentially since I did the work on myself and know what I need to live the life that I only ever imagined. That is something I want for anyone I work with
