I am an approachable Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist who believes that each small change can make a significant difference.I feel that it is only through gaining personal insight that we can start to view existing issues in a different light.

I have been practicing for 10 years and work with adults of all ages. Clients invariably wish to find meaning and purpose in their life. Therefore, I work in a relational way encouraging a client to find the answers within, based upon their internal world and experiencing.
I have worked voluntarily for several mainstream charities during my formation, at R.B.Mind, Brent Bereavement Services and RCPS.

I work in Private Practice in central Richmond at two locations, including a GP Practice, both located in central Richmond.
*Although currently I offer Telephone or Online Counselling only, until further notice.

  BACP Member.
