With around 16 years experience in full time practice, I offer short term Counselling or long term psychotherapy to adults every week-day at my home practice, which is close to The Deepings School and near to the centre of Market Deeping. I have also been a Senior Tutor & Lecturer in Counselling & Psychotherapy for the largest national training organisation in the UK since 2016.
I specialise in Women’s Stress Consultancy and work with a variety of issues. People who visit will experience working through what's happened, what is currently going on and will also build an understanding of themeslves, their mind and inter-personal relationships using a wide range of specialised techniques drawn from the best of recognised approaches. The aim of therapy with me is to reach personal comfort, contentment and generally feel better.
Appointments take place between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday
*Important note: I have a Therapy Dog in training aiming to complement the work that we do. It is important that you like dogs if you attend therapy with me.
Sessions are 1 hour and cost £50 per session or £45 per session when 4 are booked and paid for in advance. Cash is preferred but payment can be made by bank transfer or visa card machine.
