I am an integrative counsellor. I began my journey working with offenders as a psychological assistant and then on to addiction within, Her Majesty Prison Services where I gained extensive experience and expertise working for several organisations, such as Adapt, Phoenix Futures and RAPt. I have delivered several accredited programmes, specialising in Substance Misuse, mental health, emotional wellbeing and thinking processes.

I think rapport is very important and being able to be yourself and comfortable in room. I work with clients at their own pace and have had my own experience of counselling through difficult times.
