My name is Jackie Ralph and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Cold Norton, Chelmsford, Essex. An Intergrative approach I feel is like having a variety of models, techniques and tools all in one box. I also incorporate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Reiki (Master Practitioner) and recently retrained in Auricular Acupuncture. I believe and know from feedback that combining these therapies together are very powerful and healing. I also incorporate into my practice a very interesting but simple technique called the Metamorphic Technique. The Metamorphic Technique is a simple tool that enables us to move from feelings of limitation towards accessing more of our potential. In short, it helps us to help ourselves. As an Auricular Therapist/Nada Practitioner Nada Five Point Protocol, combining all the above therapies are a not just healing but many clients do not need to see me weekly, that just pop back for a boost.
My practice in Essex is very calming and tranquil, and clients immediately feel more positive and focused.
