I am an experienced senior accredited humanistic counsellor/psychotherapist with many years experience. Over the years I have worked with clients from many walks of life. This has encouraged me to incorporate areas of other modalities so as to cater for the different needs in us.
I work with individuals, couples and sometimes with groups. I work with all age groups from 10 - 99+ offering a personal, confidential and non judgemental service with the hope of offering therapy to suit you. I see my role as working with you to explore, examine and evaluate what is on your mind and by so doing open up new ways of thinking,evaluating and moving on. I am committed to offering a safe, non judgemental, and confidential service in a quiet and calm surrounding.
