I am Philippa a qualified Advance Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Coach and Hypnotherapist based in Whiteley. I am able to help with a variety of issues from anxiety including general, social and high functioning, cancer, bereavement, depression, lack of confidence, relationships issues, stress, trauma to name a few. I offer a safe, emphatic and non judgmental place to explore your feeling and make the changes you want.. As I work in an integrated person centre way, tailoring my therapy to suit my clients needs using a range of tools and techniques including CBT, NLP giving supportive tools and techniques. Nowadays, I work mainly online (Zoom) and telephone which means I am able to cover a wide area.
