Hello I am a friendly counsellor who understands the importance of good listening and working at clients' pace. I also understand that counselling can be daunting, especially if never used previously. I am non-judgemental in supporting individuals to work through their difficult feelings and thoughts. I offer weekly or fortnightly short-term or long-term sessions lasting approx. 45 minutes. I use a person-centred approach to enable individuals to identify their own solutions to the dilemmas they face
