My experience upholding clients with various personal and professional challenges has enabled them to live healthier, more balanced, authentic lives that meet their needs. I have uplifted clients troubled with identity and confidence issues. I have supported clients tormented from abuse, grief and trauma. I have helped clients struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. I have facilitated workshops to encourage self discovery and self transformation.
