I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor available for face-to-face appointments in Shrewsbury, as well as by telephone and online, working with adults and young people. I take a creative approach to my work with clients and hold additional qualifications in person-centred creative arts and therapeutic writing.

With a background in business and education, I am well-placed to understand the problems and pressures faced by many in today's society, including adults as well as young people. As a counsellor, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My strong belief is that you are the expert on your own life and with support you are capable of finding your own answers to the challenges you face.

As a supervisor, I offer a creative, reflective space in which to develop your skills and expertise when working with clients. I also offer non-clinical supervision to professionals working in the NHS and education at a reduced fee.

  Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Studies and Skills.
  
  Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
  
  Certificate in Supervision.
  
  Certificate in Therapeutic Use of Person-Centred Creative Arts.
  
  Certificate in Online Counselling Skills.
  
  Several years experience as a listening volunteer for a national charity.
  
  I have a particular interest in the use of expressive writing for therapeutic purposes, including journalling and creative writing.
