I am a fully qualified counsellor who practices using Transactional Analysis. I have completed 4 years of Psychotherapy training at the Link Centre in Plumpton, East Sussex. I have worked as a counsellor in a college and also a charity who support unpaid carers as well as in private practice.
Before counselling I had a career in management from where I gained an interest in supporting people through coaching and tailoring my management style to suit different people.
