I had worked in higher education for 27 years as technician, lecturer and academic manager and now am a trained Hypnotherapist and Counsellor (person-centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Specialism, includes: stress, anxiety, quit smoking, weight loss, relationships, anger management, loss and bereavement, working with carers(dementia)
