Using an integrative approach to therapy we partner together to help you make sense of where you are at now, help you understand how that has come to pass and work to support you moving forwards to create a different and happier pathway ongoing. I work on both a long and short term basis.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a specialism in ADHD and am neurodivergent aware. I am an NLP Coach, hold a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Practitioners Certification in EMDR and Master NLP Practitioner Certification. I have a special interest in treating the areas of anxiety, confidence and self esteem related issues in addition to supporting young people 11+ and adults with additional needs. I hold a full current DBS check.
As an Advanced Clinical Supervisor I am also trained in Online and Telephone work and would be happy to support you.
