Hi, I’m Poppy.

I am an integrative counsellor offering one-to-one counselling. Our work together can be short or long term, depending on your needs. I work in a collaborative way, meaning I work alongside you to help you to reach your goals, explore your challenges and tell your story. Counselling is a safe, confidential space where we can talk through what you need, it is your time and I am here for you.

I have worked with all ages throughout my career so far and value every relationship formed. I believe at the heart of the work is the bond between counsellor and client and I work hard to ensure you feel valued, understood and secure. My job is not to provide advice or guidance but I can join you and support you on your journey in finding a happier, more fulfilling life.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) which means I abide by their code of ethics.

Taking that first step in reaching out can be hard, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

If you would like to know any more about the counselling I offer or if you’d like to book an initial session, please get in touch.
