I am an experienced counsellor who is passionate about the effectiveness of talking therapies. I am a trustworthy, supportive, nonjudgmental and warm human being. I work with a wide variety of personal issues.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    In 2008 I qualified with a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling.
    This is a three year course which included 150 hours of face to face supervised counselling.
    Introduction to Counselling Skills: children and young people and eight week course 2004
    Certificate in Counselling - June 2005 a one year course.
    An introduction to working with substance misuse: Direct and indirect effects. 2005 (Trainer FASA)
    Telephone helplines association - March 2008
    ASIST – December 2007
    Mental health first aid – January 2009
    Child and Vulnerable adult Protection training
    Four day training program on child sexual abuse: The counselling process provided by the Dublin rape crisis Center. May 2010
