I am a counsellor, life coach and clinical supervisor specialising in children and adult behaviour and changing thinking patterns for a better life outcome. I have many years of experience working with children, adults, adolescents, couples, groups and families with issues which can ultimately lead to confusion, anxiety and depression, difficult moods and behaviours. I will give you the space and time to make changes in your life in a private, comfortable and safe environment. in private practice - Reflections Counselling Service - with extensive experience of support and guidance to adults, young people and children who have encountered difficulties in their lives. I am a Senior Accredited Professional Registrant with the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of BACP.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to change thinking patterns and I also offer Hypnotherapy, Relaxation and Mindfulness-based CBT.
I am child and adolescent trained and I also work with adults of all ages with issues of:
