I am a fully accredited counsellor, couple counsellor, supervisor and group therapist based in Cambridge. I am an empathic, approachable, reliable therapist with an integrative approach.
I work with people of any gender, culture, race, age, religion, class, sexuality, sexual orientation.
Being an integrative therapist gives me the experience in all the major therapeutic approaches, and allows me to blend them to tailor the therapy that best suits your individual needs.
I have an additional training in couple relationship for couples and individuals and I am psychosexual therapy informed, I worked at Relate. I am a volunteer in bereavement and supervisor with Cruse and I am trained in sexual abuse in childhood for adults. I am a member and trustee of Evolve counselling ( ex-Cambridgeshire Consultancy in Counselling) a charity that offers affordable and professional counselling for everyone. I am experienced in depression, low moods, stress and anxiety, self-motivation, low self-esteem and low confidence.
