Psychodynamic counselling focuses mostly on how we are all subject to unconscious motivations which result in our behaviour and emotions.
Systemic looks to help understand how relationships and familes communicate and behave and identify the deep-rooted patterns and attachements within a person's relationships.
Some clients look for help at the earliest stages of their relationship and others who are struggling after many years together.
