Counselling provides a safe space where you can really be heard by someone impartial who will not judge or interfere. Many people's well-being is suffering for many reasons including issues with work, family, friends, money or ill-health. Life is hard and anxiety and depression is on the rise. So many people are suffering from stress and it is difficult to know where to go.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. I am fully insured and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society.

I offer one to one counselling or group sessions. I use a combination of counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, life coaching and relaxation in order to tailor the sessions to suit your individual needs.

I started my career as a teaching assistant, nanny and carer for children, many of whom had additional needs, and I have many years experience in this field. I then worked for a charity as a people manager where I coached and mentored my teams and focused on the well-being of my staff in order to develop them and create a good work life balance.

I volunteer in a hospice where I provide grief, loss and bereavement counselling for family members, carers and patients.

I work in a local school where I offer children either one to one or group therapy sessions, focusing on their well-being through building resilience, confidence, boosting self-esteem and helping them understand the adult emotions that they all feel yet don't fully understand.
