I’m a CBT and Schema Therapy psychotherapist, specialising in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT).
I’ve lived most of my life in the UK, where I gained a Bsc and a Msc in Psychology, as well as an Advanced Integrative degree in CBT/REBT and Certification in Schema Therapy.
I believe that an action oriented and compassionate approach to emotional problems is important when working with clients.

- Emotional problems e.g anxiety, depression, hurt, anger, guilt, shame, jealousy, and envy
- Anxiety disorders e.g Social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and panic disorder
- Goal achievement problems
- Symptoms e.g blushing, Trichotillomania,
- Problems with low self-esteem and confidence
- Relationship problems and unhealthy patterns carried from childhood
