I work with wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, sadness, relationship issues etc. I use compassion and empathy throughout my therapy. I am also a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. I bring my experience into the sessions when applicable, especially mindfulness and meditation techniques.
