I believe that it's through a secure therapeutic relationship that an individual can gain self-awareness, insight and a deeper understanding of their feelings and concerns, allowing them to grow, to re-engage in life and move forward to reach realistic goals.
I also believe each of us has the ability to grow, heal and to ultimately find fulfilment within ourselves; my role is to be alongside you on your journey to finding a greater sense of self.
Having worked for a few years in a hospice setting I am now working in private practice. I am a warm, empathetic, sensitive, non-judgmental and reflective practitioner. I am interested in people, our uniqueness and differences. I am passionate about my work and through regular CPD I keep up to date and add new ways of working with my clients to get the best outcomes.
I have a therapy room in Hove so can meet you face to face and also work online.
