My role as a counsellor is to support you with whatever you may need, this may be just someone to talk to to get through a difficult time or for a specific issue.
In our initial meeting we can get to know each other a little better and look at why you have chosen to seek counselling, this can help us decide if we feel we can work together and which approach would be best suited to your need. From there each session will be tailored to you and the progress we make together.
