I work in a person centred humanistic way and combine this approach with other models in counselling such as cognitive behaviour therapy working hand in hand with the client to support them in developing self. Different clients are likely to benefit from different therapeutic methods at different points in time. The Integrative approach I use in counselling allows for a more responsive and fluid approach to the client's needs.
