My name is Tracy Bee and first of all I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Life can bring many challenges and difficulties for us all through stress, illness relationships and the daily pressures of feeling a need to 'keep it all together'. Everyone needs a safe space to explore and work through these challenges and painful emotions they can sometimes bring, for healing and growth to be possible. It is my aim to facilitate this safe space for you.
I am a qualified and experienced therapist who works integratively with a foundational person-centred approach. All this means is that you will be in control in leading your journey, for you are the expert of your life. My role is to use the skills and theories within my toolkit to adopt whatever approach is best suited to meet your needs in supporting the process of healing, achieving your goals and living your fullest life.
I have experience of working with children, young people and adults needing both short-term therapy in addressing immediate stressors to long-term therapeutic support for more complex issues detrimental to their wellbeing, such as abuse or trauma. I will meet you at your point of need and seek to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship in achieving your goals and would be happy to discuss this matter with you further should you decide to contact me via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
